Shredded Japanese salad

Crunchy and fresh

Serves two

Ingredients

Half a white cabbage

1 carrot

A handful of radishes

Third of a cucumber

Instructions

  1. Wash all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Finely slice the cabbage and radishes and julienne the carrot and cucumber.
  3. Mix together and serve with toasted sesame dressing or as part of a main meal.
