Chorizo in a honey glaze

How to make chorizo even better

Serves two as a side dish


100g chorizo

2 cloves of garlic

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tbsp balsamic vinegar


  1. Cut the chorizo into sizeable chunks and fry on a low heat.
  2. Add the garlic and leave everything to cook until the chorizo has begun to crisp.
  3. Add the honey and vinegars and coat everything well.
  4. Once the sauce has thickened, serve as part of tapas.
