Chorizo in a honey glaze
How to make chorizo even better
Serves two as a side dish
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Cut the chorizo into sizeable chunks and fry on a low heat.
- Add the garlic and leave everything to cook until the chorizo has begun to crisp.
- Add the honey and vinegars and coat everything well.
- Once the sauce has thickened, serve as part of tapas.
