Coronation chicken baguette
A quick and tasty sarnie
1 boneless chicken thigh
1 dollop of M&S Terribly Clever coronation chicken paste
1 dollop of crème fraiche
1 dollop of mayonnaise
- Pop the chicken on a baking tray and cook for 10 – 15 minutes at 180 degrees
- Mix together the coronation chicken paste, crème fraiche and mayonnaise.
- Shred chicken, add to the paste and mix
- Serve in the baguette, with salad if you wish
And some of your own dried fruit to the mix to give it that extra edge.
