Coronation chicken baguette

A quick and tasty sarnie

Ingredients

1 boneless chicken thigh

Fresh baguette

1 dollop of M&S Terribly Clever coronation chicken paste

1 dollop of crème fraiche

1 dollop of mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Pop the chicken on a baking tray and cook for 10 – 15 minutes at 180 degrees
  2. Mix together the coronation chicken paste, crème fraiche and mayonnaise.
  3. Shred chicken, add to the paste and mix
  4. Serve in the baguette, with salad if you wish

Feeling flush?

And some of your own dried fruit to the mix to give it that extra edge.
