Gourmet pasta and pesto

A slightly more adventurous take on pasta with pesto.


100g of pasta

A big dollop of pesto

Feta, cut into chunks

A tbsp of pine nuts


  1. Cook the pasta as per instructions
  2. Dry fry the pine nuts until they turn slightly brown and toasted
  3. Once pasta is cooked, drain and stir in the remaining ingredients

Feeling flush?

Swap the dried pasta for fresh gnocchi – cooks in a quarter of the time as well. Bonus.
