Gourmet pasta and pesto
A slightly more adventurous take on pasta with pesto.
100g of pasta
A big dollop of pesto
Feta, cut into chunks
A tbsp of pine nuts
- Cook the pasta as per instructions
- Dry fry the pine nuts until they turn slightly brown and toasted
- Once pasta is cooked, drain and stir in the remaining ingredients
Swap the dried pasta for fresh gnocchi – cooks in a quarter of the time as well. Bonus.
