A yummy alternative to a tuna sandwich
1 mackerel portion
A dollop of crème fraiche
1 teaspoon of horseradish sauce
A squeeze of lemon juice
- With a fork, flake the mackerel into a bowl.
- Add the crème fraiche, horseradish sauce, lemon and parsley and mix together
- Toast the pitta bread
- Serve with salad
A big chunk of ciabatta also works amazingly with this meal.
