Beef burgers

Great for barbeques or homecooking

Makes 4 burgers


300g beef mince

Half a large white onion

2 tbsp M&S Terribly Clever burger paste

1 egg


  1. Grate the onion.
  2. With your hands, mix the onion and burger paste through the mince.
  3. Mix in the egg and make sure everything is coated.
  4. Shape into burger patties, place on a plate and leave to firm up in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  5. Dry fry on a griddle pan until browned and cooked through.
  6. Serve in a burger bun with cheese and salad.
